Enjoy seasonal ingredients in a combination of French and Nordic cuisines.
Quite simply, we have chosen to focus on a single concept, and will therefore concentrate on a smaller menu selection. We use seasonal ingredients so that there is a feeling of variation during the year. We also undertake to offer the same high quality, regardless of whether you experience our menus as an à la carte guest or visit us as part of a conference or for a party.
Our style is a combination of French and Nordic cuisines, incorporating local ingredients as far as possible, while also featuring some specialities from France, primarily the Brittany region.

Visit our bar, which has added a whole new dimension
One of the biggest changes we made to the hotel is the conversion of the entrance section. The original entrance faced the Øresund Sound, and the lobby was in our P. S. Krøyer boardroom meeting room. In the 1960s it moved to its existing location, and in 2017 we added a new dimension with a completely new entrance section, expanded to include an Orangery and a terrace where guests can enjoy a croissant and coffee in the morning sunshine.
Next to the lobby and the Orangery is the Pejsestuen, and all three rooms function simultaneously as the hotel's bar and lounge area, which can be used in conjunction with our exclusive Coffee and Cake Table for an aperitif before dinner, or after-dinner coffee and cocktails.
The proprietor, Kasper Heebøll Harboe, has developed an exciting bar/cocktail menu featuring internationally renowned cocktails and drinks , as well as a a few exciting, flavoursome drinks he has come up with himself. Make sure you try our bespoke Bretagne Champagne Cocktail.
The bar is open Thursday to Saturday from 18:00 to midnight, but may be closed on occasion for functions.
